Nice to know how competent the average dust player is hasn't changed, seriously if you were spidertanking 13ear that leaves what? One guy running infantry maybe? And spidertanking or not even that many berries should have been able to field enough AV to kill you guys.

Crap, the other guy was Duna? I really should have noticed that, and it was an insult to the other team, seriously 3 vehicles with no infantry and they still couldn't deal with you? Jeez, talk about scrubs.

Actually, you could argue that it was excellent matchmaking, if you put Duna and 13ear on one team and the rest are basically randoms, it really should be 3 vs 12.

Clearly tanks are underpowered...

So how was the AV from the other team? I mean Duna had to be tanking, so three tankers against 11+ enemies. Did any of them make an attempt to AV? Seems to me all of them would have switched to some AV fit after a few deaths, especially since there was no infantry to worry about.

lol, oh Duna and his HMG. I used to have a crap ton of fun hunting him down back in Chrome and Codex. In the early days he just rolled as a heavy in a LAV, so I came in with the most powerful AV nades whenever I saw him on the other side. I would chuck nades as he approached, then when his LAV was hurting, he got out and started spewing out HMG rounds while I spewed out AR rounds at him. Oh those were the good times. He and BlackHeart pretty much rolled together all the time in those days, it was rare to see them playing without the other close-by. Blackheart being the logi, and Duna being the heavy. I am not sure if they hated me or not, but I really made an effort to take them both out, and did so quite often.

Then sometime in Chrome Duna started using beast tanks and really upping his game. Had a hard time hunting him even with Darkside's, got him a few times, but generally back in Chrome days, tanks were pretty much indestructible unless several proto AV players were quite dedicated.

So did half of the enemy team enter the battle right at the end or something or did they genuinely do 0, nothing, the whole match lol.

Mind you that doesn't excuse the others.

it's pretty sad when I see a tanker who doesn't lose a single tank in a MLT tank owning
the other team for the entire game because nobody has AV.

It's like people refuse to put down their ARs.

Surely 2 people with proto swarm launchers now that the reload time has been less than half could have took out any tank
quite quickly if they just put down their dam ARs.

I mean I see ****** tankers in ****** tanks destroy all the time because there's 10 people shooting ARs at the tank and not 1 person throwing AV grenades.

Tanks aren't neccessarily UP or OP. It's just that AV is UU (under-used, that's my new term).

Sorry, no offense but I don't remember playing you before! The other 2, however, have killed me many times. I too, remember running for the hills when Duna's tank came around in chromosome. One time he dropped late into an ambush that we had been dominating and had all wrapped up, quickly went 26 and 0 and instantly turned the tide. I went from 8/1 to 8/8 in about 5 min. You don't easily forget that. To this day I still have an irrational hatred of tanks and unnecessarily hunt them because of that battle!

What would be the purpose of that? To show that tankers are more intelligent than THE AVERAGE infantry PLAYER and can still find ways to beat them and escape AV? Well by all means then, please do post that picture onto every single tank and AV thread.

In my case its like 1 or 2 vs 4-8, otherside stacked. Though this is when I normally go nova knifing in my max stealth getup.

Doesn't seem that way. With that, do you mean Aurum hulls and turrets? Because those don't really qualify as tankers if you're looping them in.
